    Will never buy an appliance from Best Buy ever again. I have no idea how the microwave works because the installer did not install it correctly, caused cosmetic damaged, and it never worked. When i set up an appointment for a return/exchange, the installer never showed up. I eventually had someone pick it up to return it, but still never got my money back for the install.

    Stopped working in less than two years

    Microsoft worked perfectly for one year and 11 months. It stopped working due to a problem with the door (it does not close). I got the extra warranty, and apparently, they will fix it but keep in mind that it could take more than one month. Every appliance fails, but I will skip this one that fell too quickly, and unfortunately, having it fixed takes too long. There's limited functionality with the Smart Things app; It's more a gimmick than anything else. Wifi connection is not that good, especially if you have one of the latest routers. This is a common problem with "smart" home devices. I prefer an old-school microwave with more mechanical parts that work for years until I buy a new one.

    Standard microwave heating doesnt work

    Barely had the microwave for 2 months and it no longer heats in the microwave setting. The convection works but not standard reheating, not even when you use the preprogrammed settings. Now I have to wait for 2 weeks for a repair.

      When a microwave isn't starting or heating, the most common reason is that it is in Demo mode. This mode is used on retail showroom floors to show off microwaves without activating their magnetron. The microwave also won't heat if it does not have enough clearance or ventilation

    Purchased this appliance on the 13th of Nov. It was delivered on the 17th. It stopped working on the 3rd of Dec. Literally 16days after purchase. Called Best buy and apparently they cannot help after 15days. I was referred to the manufacturer, Samsung. Called Samsung and they cannot send out a repair person for another week. I find this absolutely unforgivable after having spent so much money for a microwave oven.

    Our product was damaged and we returned it to the store for an exchange to inly be met by a rued customer service rep M^a who went out of her way to tell us how we could help make her job easier for her. She then tried to cancel and recharge us for a gift card and deliveries services on a product that was damaged Long story short we returned the item for a refund and took our business elsewhere

    Magnetron went out after 18 months

    I have had this microwave for 18 months, no that it is out of warranty the magnetron went out. $80 to come out and diagnos the problem, and that include remiving it frim the cabinet mount (“be careful though its a heavy microwave,” said the repair scheduler. I have actually never owned a microwave that brike before. When we upgraded, our GE microwave that was 10 year old ,was in perfect working condition. Here I am 18 months into ownerhsip looking at a repair that will cost $300, plus my time disassembling and reassembling. After paying such a ridiculous amount for this “high end” microwave, I couldn’t be more disappointed. DO NOT BUY.

    3 out of box failures. Problem after problem. Geek squad finally said that I have to go to Samsung for warranty work for 1st year. Why do I have a Bestbuy membership? Waste of money. Highly frustrated and disappointed. Won't renew

    Only owned this microwave for one year and the motherboard fried. The inside of the microwave started smoking and it would not heat anything. I have Total Tech and the Geek Squad agent said that Samsung service suggested a repair which was over $300 for a one year old microwave! Not to mention the $200 I spent on Total Tech… This is terrible we purchased the entire Samsung suite last year and believe me when I say this will be the last time we go with Samsung products because of this.

    The microwave doesn't work as it should. Heats food very slowly and inconsistently. Best Buy has sent out a technician twice and Samsung has sent out a technician once; yet, no one has been able to fix the problem and no one is willing to help us by replacing with a properly functioning microwave. Don't buy a Samsung microwave!

    Don’t buy this microwave. My broke after 3 months. Best Buy came out and attempt to fixed it twice. They could not fixed it. They said we should reach out to Samsung and they are dragging their feet. It’s been a month I am out of a microwave. And I have four kids. After I pay so much money for this microwave I have to be warming everything on my stove top. This is so unfair.

    Avoid this product

    Microwave was installed yesterday. Tried to use it 2 hours after installation and it would not heat the food. It is being replaced by a Whirlpool product on Monday. I’m not happy with Samsung or Best Buy’s response to the problem.

    I was hopeful this would be a good choice because of all the features but sadly it’s garbage. They don’t send a manual and it’s not user friendly figuring out the different cooking methods. Now it has stopped working after 2 months. Absolutely unacceptable for a $500+ microwave. I selected it to match the Samsung range. I would advise anyone looking for new appliances to stay away from the Samsung microwaves.

    Will Not Heat

    This the worst microwave I have ever owned. I installed it two days after I purchase. It stopped working about 10 days later and Best Buy has a very limited return time line so I was left with trying to work with Samsung. That is not an experience I would not wish on any friends It stopped keeping correct time and it would no longer heat/cook. Look elsewhere
