It came in with a dent the first one they re-issued me a second microwave. It came in with the same dent and now I’m waiting for a third one and no one’s able to help me.

Awful

Not just a microwave

Dead on arrival

I’m returning my second one it’s dangerous and almost caused a fire. Customer service was a multi day run around even though just purchased. Hassle hassle hassle, never again, ever, with Best Buy and appliances. Ever. Not worth it on any level. You can’t even call the store to talk to your salesman. Hassle hassle hassle.

Power drops out

Not very inspiring for the future of our new Samsung range. Returning before 15 days is up. Will have to replace with same since we have Samsung range and want to match. Acts like loose internal plug/connection.
