    I bought this microwave. It came in with a dent the first one they re-issued me a second microwave. It came in with the same dent and now I’m waiting for a third one and no one’s able to help me.

    I bought this microwave on May 30th of 2023. It is June 27, 2024, and the microwave is broken. It was expensive for how long it didn’t last.

    This is our first OTR microwave. So far, so good. The different cooking modes (microwave and bake/roast) make it super versatile and pairs well with the Samsung Range.

    Installed and looks great but won’t even heat up a cup of water. Inside of unit does get warm, but not what you are trying to heat. No error codes or anything.

    Do not buy this. I’m returning my second one it’s dangerous and almost caused a fire. Customer service was a multi day run around even though just purchased. Hassle hassle hassle, never again, ever, with Best Buy and appliances. Ever. Not worth it on any level. You can’t even call the store to talk to your salesman. Hassle hassle hassle.

    Bought this microwave 34 days ago and it already stopped heating this is the reason why I bought the second microwave all the Samsung products are facing similar problems and still there is no fix recall or any solution

    No longer works bought 18 months ago. It’s been used lightly by only one person. The light comes on the timer & Turntable works and but just doesn’t heat on any of the settings.

    Oven loses all power intermitently. Have to reset clock etcc. Not very inspiring for the future of our new Samsung range. Returning before 15 days is up. Will have to replace with same since we have Samsung range and want to match. Acts like loose internal plug/connection.

    Absolutely, would not purchase again. It works, but it's far too small for anything that a family would need. If you're in a college dorm, this is perfect.
