    Looks good but wont last

    I have owned for 3 years, it has had many problems that the warranty company had to keep fixing. Now, it jusy makes noise but doesnt heat anything. Warranty dept. at Samsung, tells me they will refund my money but wont replace it” because its not advantageous to the company! “I will never buy Samsung again, 3 out of my 4 appliances we purchased at the same time are broken!

    Piece of junk. Purchase the microwave in July 2021 and just in 3 years latter it’s door does close. Do not recommend this product.

    Only last 1-2 years, bad workmanship/control panel

    Buyer beware. This was a wonderful appliance, until the control panel started to melt. Google Samsung, the control panels go out in about two years and smell like burnt plastic when you cook. I reached out to the company and got nowhere, call disconnected and they were so concerned they never called back. It is a very toxic smell and I’m sure it is harmful to smell for long. No support and of. Purse out of warranty. They’re too expensive to only last two years. Super disappointed in the lack of quality.

    Glass top is hard to clean. The eyes don’t heat up and shut off like they should as far as I can tell

    Had 3 years and completely stopped working. To pay more than double for a microwave and not have it even last 4 years is ridiculous. It almost caught my house on fire.

    Poor quality . Microwave works fine but back stainless peeling and the brand name Samsung STICKER falling off after months . Save your money and buy another brand . Samsung will not help you .
