Outlet buy, so I found this microwave/convection oven at the outlet store. It looked brand new but after using it a couple times we’ve realized that someone else had used this a few times. We’ve considered bringing it back, but we’ve decided to hope it will keep running for a couple years.

Does pretty much everything, pairs well with the Samsung oven.

I'm kicking myself because i didn't install it. My dad finally installed it this week while i was out of town. As you can guess it was DOA out of the box with C-1A error. Obviously out of warranty and they want $200 plus parts for service. I am glad I didn't buy all the appliances.

I only use a microwave for re-heating and occasionally thawing frozen meat. Is working well so far.

I’m so angry; I have smoke coming out of my ears. I spent $500+ on this microwave & it doesn’t heat & it makes buzzing noise. Samsung you Suck! Now I have to buy a whole new microwave.

Love the design and features but Samsung QC is definitely lacking in some areas. First one came dented in four bottom spots but packaging was all good, so coming out of production it was likely already bent. Door on top right was slightly bent and rattled annoyingly. Fixed with replacement. Best Buy replaced with no charges (as should be expected but support made it hassle-free). Second one had two slight bent vents underneath but could be bent back vs first one was dented in four spots that were unable to be corrected. Bottom mostly seemed cosmetic, whereas the front door top right corner rattling and closing was fixed with replacement. It is still not flush against entire front area (you can push it further shut and it flexes) but that appears to be a design aspect and shouldn’t effect use. Overall it is great, love the convection although it had an odd burnt smell when I used that. Haven’t used long enough to know if it will go away. Everything else solid.

We decided to upgrade our previous Samsung Microwave and what an improvement with the features. We chose the black stainless finish which is so smooth and elegant looking. An added feature with this finish is that it's fingerprint resistant. They keypad is a soft touch and doesn't need much of any pressure to select your settings. The display is a nice lit up blue color that matches our Samsung stove. The under lighting is a nice bright white that allows me to see what I'm cooking on the stove. The exhaust fan is amazing and has three settings which is powerful and not as loud. This microwave has convection cooking built in and we have been able to bake, roast, and broil meals. One of the major features we like is the slim fry option - abling us to make french fries for our daughter in the microwave. It comes out nice and crispy and she loves it! Being that this is a smart microwave it has smart connectivity where I can control and monitor the microwave from the smart things app. This is a great feature as I can put my food to heat up and go do something else in the mean time and then I get a notification on my watch or phone when the cook time is over.

This micro wave is working great. Items get hotter in a shorter time than our old micro wave. Have not used all the features yet, but ones we have used seem fine. Read the air fry option is for smaller items. We have not tried larger things like multiple pieces of chicken. The fan blows straight up from the front grill. I made a deflector to blow out into room to help keep upper cabinets cleaner. The light under the micro wave is brite with a high and low setting which is nice. This micro wave uses a 2 inch back bottom wall plate and 3 bolts from the cabinet above into top of micro wave. We had to lengthen our back wall cabinet in our motor coach to use the 2 in. Back wall plate. Our old micro wave had a full back wall plate which was nicer for our installation then this new one. The reason for the 12 inch max cabinet depth is because there is a screw in the top to get the plastic grill off to change the one filter. My cabinets are 14 in. Deep so I will have to remove or loosen the 3 bolts on top when I need to change the filter. The extra 2 in. Depth of my cabinets is also why I made the deflector. The interrior micro wave light could be a bit britter. You can see things turning inside but nut enough to tell if food is brown or done. I dont believe this micro wave has sensor cooking which alot of newer units have. We also have not been able to hook up the micro wave to internet for phone use yet. Not sure why. Maybe because we have no home wi fi. We use our phones as hot spots. We have only had this unit for about 30 days so cannot say for sure how it will hold up. Hope this review helps.

LOVE this microwave. Does everything- airfrys and everything! And is big to even fit dishes. I would buy again. Super easy to use and buttons are clear. Eliminates the need for multiple appliances. Plus sleek new appearance is a plus!

Pros: Less expensive than most convection also microwaves. Nice color and size Performs fine Installation was typical (and requires two people) Cons: You cannot use the timer function and the microwave function at the same time, which is new to me. The vent button is so close to how you open and close the door that I accidentally hit it on 50% of the time. It doesn’t have “auto” keys—like press one for a minute automatically. Not intuitive

Great microwave/air fryer combo system. Very easy to use. Comes with a great quick guide that will give you an idea of the different food to cook in the system. Very easy to clean.

This item came with a dent in the upper area of the door. Its not very big, but its noticeable. Also, the 2 deluvery men just dropped it basically about 4" from my floor. Then said need signature here and they split. No personality nor friendly. Not happy, but we needed the microwave asap as my son doesn't like to cook on a gas stove and we were going to be gone a few days. Im disappointed about receiving a damaged item but it is a nice microwave. The guest service said since I ordered online, the repair wasnt covered by the store and to contact the manufacturer. Ugh!

We got this microwave because our last Samsung quite working. We liked the styling of this unit. Things we don't like about it. You can't use the timer and the microwave at the same time. That seems really stupid. It doesn't cook popcorn as fast as the last one even though it has the same power rating. The door doesn't close all the way at the top near the keypad and I cannot find any obstruction. The fan does not work very well. Like one side pulls more than the other.

Sleek design, easy to use when cooking w/convection.

Awesome invention. We purchased on3for ourselves 3 years ago and now we have purchased this updated version for our vacation rental condo. New features make it easier to use the convention over and slim fry options, streaming the menu and sleaker look overall. Only negative is when cleaning the front of the door, when you run your rag over it, the fan always activates, not a big deal but just annoying really

Sleek design, great price and easy to install. Was able to purchase as “open box” and was one of the best decisions I made as the final touch to our kitchen renovation. The only thing is that it has been a little tricky in figuring out the cook settings, however I am not a big microwave user .. bought this unit as it has a convection setting which I will figure out in time. Great LED light for great visibility at night with low and high setting. Would buy again for sure!

Would be nice if some of the functions had a button instead of having to guess what you have to push, such as a button for beverage. Find the manuals, both printed and on line not very helpful. Must be careful when opening the door not to turn on the fan. These are all minor issues. Overall I am pleased with the purchae.

I love its size and all it can do. Never dreamt a microwave could have so many features. They sure have come a long way from the 70’s.

We installed this Microwave nearly 1 month ago and so far it's working perfect. It was easy to install because we had a 10 year old Samsung Microwave we replaced and the mounting was exactly the same. The Microwave operates great we just need to get over the learning curve. This Microwave has several more and different features that the old Samsung didn't have. This one seems to do everything except put the food in itself.
