When using the add 30 sec feature it doesn’t automatically start. Also haven’t been able to use the timer function and heat something in the microwave itself. These were all functions on our old version that we could do. Otherwise a great microwave!!

Black stainless microwave

Samsung doesn't believe in their own products as evidence by a one year warranty. Only reason I bought this same model is because the space is already set up and that made it easy to install, and all my other appliances are Samsung. The last Microwave I had lasted 15 years and was still working when I took it out. When I replace my appliance it won't be Samsung. Before you buy call a few companies that services appliances and you will find many of them won't work on Samsung products. The one's that do charge so much you are better buying a new one.

Could be better

The advantage to this one is that it uses less time and he eats food fast.

2 years and Door Key broke:(

The only problem is that i purchased the microwave in late 2020 and the door key just broke a few days ago. I had to unplug it because the door does not shut all the way now and microwave won't work. I'm not sure this is covered under warranty or if i even have warranty to use:(

Samsung Microwave

Wanted to get the next model up and was told that it would not be available to Late March or April. What was I to do with my old microwave gone and a big open space over the stove with holes covered with tape. Really unhappy with the entire microwave issue. Guess I am stuck with the unit.
