I would like the surface light to be a little brighter but that is not a deal breaker. For the money its a good buy!

Easy to use. The one negative thing about it is that it does a lot of unnecessary Beeping...one beep per function would be preferred. Our cat agrees.

It replaced a previous Samsung Microwave, that we thought died a little too early, but we bought another one anyway. It's a little louder than the old one maybe it will last a little longer. Had best buy deliver and install and that went very well. Best buy could do a little better keeping people informed of when they are coming to the house, and the price Best Buy charges for this service seems a little steep.

The service techs arrived on time and installed the microwave in an efficient manner. However, I would not recommend the Samsung microwave. They seem to put all their efforts into the look rather than function. The overhead light is so dim, I can't see well enough to read recipes, cooking times, etc. It's more of a night light. I've had to adjust my normal cooking times because it takes so much longer than my old microwave. In fact, It takes just as long to heat up food in this one as it did in my old, dying unit. Maybe this is normal for new microwaves now, but I'm not happy with its performance. So if you want a nice-looking appliance, this fits the bill; but don't buy it if you want a true, fast-cooking microwave.

If cooking food takes time or is slow, ensure the oven has its own 15 or 20-amp circuit line. Operating another appliance on the same circuit can cause a voltage drop. If necessary, move the oven to its own circuit.
Please see page 21 under "Cooks food too slowly" and "Cooktop lamp is too dim." Also, see page 10 under the "LIGHT HI/LO/OFF BUTTON" section of the manual for more details.

Not the $14 replaceable latch, had to replace the entire door for $170 because the spring was attached to a piece of plastic in the door
