We love the look and it works fine, but the fan is so loud when we turn it on. We thought maybe the BB installers did something wrong, but we recently had this uninstalled and reinstalled due to getting new cabinets, but the vent fan is still very loud. I don't think we will be using the fan too often. Other than the fan it looks and works great.

This microwave over thr range is ideal for our use. It easy to use and i appreciate the turntable bring slightly recessed and this makes it easier to place items in the oven because is not as high as our previous oven.

Over the last 10+ years, I have purchased a number of appliances at BestBuy. I think it is a great option compared to the home improvement stores. For the microwave, I did a pickup and it went smoothly. I wish that BestBuy offered a more comprehensive service for parts but there are a number of other options with the manufacturers and resellers.

Awesome microwave. Works like a charm. Much bigger than I expected but it is very pleasing to look at.

Love the Samsung appliance packages I would buy again

Came broken. Same issue as last one after a few years. The door is broken. Would even turn on without holding the door shut.

We like the look of the microwave. It is very quiet. It is easy to use. We hung it over the stove, then decided to add blocks to the bottom of the cabinet. We unscrewed it, added the blocks and couldn't get the microwave hung again. The nuts inside the microwave kept stripping the bolts. We have it sitting on a counter now. Samsung was not helpful at all. Best Buy gave us new bolts to try. Without trying to hang it, we tried to put the bolts in very slowly by hand before trying to hoist it in the air. The bolts were being destroyed with the first couple hand turns. We ended up spending 20 more dollars to get the nuts, we now wait to see if those work. This is very frustrating. If you buy this and get it to hang, leave it alone. ( by the way, we googled and this is a known problem. )

Nice microwave with adequate features just wish it was more reliable. Have had 3 of this model now and they never last more than a couple of years apiece. My cabinets are installed around it and the mount is mounted so I’m kinda stuck unless I want to make some major adjustments.

Little noisy otherwise great device. The installation was pretty simple

It works as expected but but my 15 years old Samsung Microwave was better than this one. Old one was warming food evenly but this one warm half then other half when i put it again for few more seconds. i like all the future it has.

Built very solid. Gets the job done. Just wish it offered more/other reheat options. Very quiet operation.

Microwave goes well with my kitchen on the way to a full kitchen remodel. The only drawback is the "stove" light is not bright enough.

This microwave was a replacement for almost the same model after a couple of years of a lot of use! We love this one so much more and the no fingerprint is an added bonus!

My 2-year-old microwave from a competing brand crapped out suddenly. Would've cost more to fix than get a new one. So I purchased this one. I've been very happy with it so far. Nothing fancy, but looks nice and gets the job done. I've had it for a while now and have not had a single problem.

The service was good , the price was great, and the microwave works and looks just fine
