For the price, it's great! Has lots of features and was easy to install. The only downfall was trying to figure out how to set the time, which the directions weren't super clear on and took time messing with the buttons. Overall, great buy for the price.

Our window for delivery and installation was from 12 noon to 8 pm (a very long time to wait) and they did not even arrive within that window of time. They rang the doorbell at 8:40 pm to install the microwave. NOT acceptable and not even a phone call or text to say they would be delayed.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It was great that Samsung kept the exhaust vent the same size and in the same location as their previous unit that I was replacing so I didn’t have to rework the wall. I don’t know why they relocated the power cord. This did cause me to have to drill another large hole in the cabinet over the microwave. The new microwave works well as expected.

This one does not, so just not quite as convenient.

With that being said I found the instructions easy to read and follow. It was up and running in 10 maybe 15 minutes.
