    Very nice microwave made with very good quality and some decent features. Very attractive as all Samsung appliances are. My only complaint is that when you choose 30 sed express cooking, you have to press the start button. Other than that, a Great Value.

    I love the cool features of this microwave. All my appliances are Samsung Brand. I love the way they play music instead of beeps.

    Doesnt have a light on the setting panel makes it hard to see . Have to turn on kitchen light to set cook time

    Could be better, My 20 year old microwave had more features than this one I would have kept it but it was in white. The advantage to this one is that it uses less time and he eats food fast.

    Have been enjoying my new microwave. It's easy to work, does things fast than the old one. Decided I needed other new appliances to go with the microwave so I went back to Best Buy for a stove, frig. and dishwasher!!

    I was not pleased with the Samsung micro wave. Best buy replaced it with my choice LG. it had the options i needed. They were so easy to work with. This is why i buy all of my appliances from Best Buy. I am a happy customer!!!

    Samsung said this model is the replacement for the one I had. It’s actually a bit smaller on the inside.
