I thought it will be good when I purchased as it was in the box. I could not check the details clearly because it was in box. but when I opened, saw those issues. It turned out be a very average product for the price I paid. I would not recommend to people to buy this type of boxed products without seeing it.

The top latch if isn’t slam tightly closed, it will turn on by itself. I was told by the tech just the fan and the light is ON and not actual microwave. So at time if you close the door like a normal person the unit will exhibit the symptom. The unit work as expected.
