The 2004 was easier to read the face and had convenience features that made it simple to use. I have a Samsung refrigerator which is fantastic which is why I chose this unit. I would buy the GE unit again if I had a chance. Rates average because it is not a step up from a 16 year old GE.

Was sad to see that it took three times to get a product that was not damaged. Maybe Best By needs to relay to Samsung to ensure their product goes through a product quality inspection.

The Samsung cooks much faster and more evenly than the old one did. Best Buy crew who installed it were pros and were in and out of the house in less than 20 minutes

Finding the Charcoal Filter replacement is almost imposable would be nice if the parts number came with the instructions.

So glad I did because it looks great above my new slide in stove. Works great and looks fabulous!

At various times, it makes very loud & unusual sounds like no other microwave. Bill uses it way more than me, I may use it once a month, but I’m usually always in the kitchen with Bill, my review is accurate. I’m not certain why it makes these horrible sounds. The key pad area where you press for each action does not function properly. We do not recommend this product.
