Sadly the microwave had an issue with the fan motor and light staying on when the door was closed. I had to have a technician come out to fix it. He said it was non-repairable. and recommended I take it down and bring it back for a new one. The hinges were bent which I can't image wouldn't have been found during a quality control check. He straighten the hinges out as much as possible but I will have to have someone remove the microwave so I can return it and then have someone reinstall the new microwave. The microwave overall is average but I will certainly think twice before purchasing an open-box product.

After a year the plastic pieces that kept it closed broke. To be fair, that probably says more about how rough my kids are vs. any issues with the microwave. I am a Best Buy Plus member so this is my replacement. We didn't get a different one as this one does a good job.

The microwave will come on once you opened the door. Had to purchase again the sameone to be able to match the rest of the appliances
