The turntable turns unevenly for a few reasons. Verify that the turntable does not have an excessive amount of food on it. If the food is excessively large or heavy, the turntable may not function correctly.
We also suggest cleaning the turntable and roller rings regularly, because uneven turntable rotation can also be caused by food particles trapped in the microwave's bottom or on the rollers.
