Looks great! Purchased for a property that I am rehabbing. So, I don't know how it cooks, but it looks good!

I like that it has a black stainless finish to match the rest of my appliances.

The microwave is beautiful and works great …the only complaint I have is that after a couple of uses, the handle snapped right off! I don’t use it all that often and nothing unusual happened to stress it (it did not get hit or anything like that). Samsung products usually live up to a higher standard of quality than this, so perhaps mine is a fluke. Hoping so. If not for this one thing, I would be entirely satisfied with this purchase. Rating is tentative and if the handle is fixed with warranty, I will update my rating.

So far so good. The only thing I don't like about it, which is me being very fussy because I'm used to it working that way, is when I press the quick 30 sec button it doesn't just automatically turn on like most of them do, I still have to press start.

Sleek, easy to use microwave. Instructions to install were not fully clear. But once we figured it out, we were able to put it up and get it working.

Bought this when bestbuy had package discount going on for Samsung appliances. The microwave has good space, power and easy functionality to use.

Bought this to replace another Samsung microwave that finally died after 11 years. Am very disappointed - it has fewer sensor cook button options, everything is coded - so you need to know that D-1 is defrost hamburger. It also one let you run the timer and cook at the same time. This would have been a deal breaker if I had realized this before purchasing it.

Our other microwave died and we had to get a new one. This matches the dishwasher finish, which really isn’t a big deal, but it looks nice. It’s been easy to keep clean and it works the way it should.

Great product. Was available in stock at Best Buy, all other stores, like Home Depot are out of stock. Easy to install, easy to clean. Smudges are noticeable but a microfiber cleaning cloth takes care of it.

Nice microwave with good esthetics. The microwave is fairly quiet and runs smoothly. The only thing that I do not like is that the control keypad’s touch is insensitive. You really have to press hard for a response. Also for one minute of heat you have actually press 1-0-0 vs 1 and that takes too much of my time.

So far it has worked excellent. One reason we stayed with Samsung product.

Samsung can make a foldable phone but not a microwave where you can use the timer and the microwave at the same time. My 20 year old kenmore that this is replacing could even do that. Let’s see what else, you have to push hard on the buttons for them to work, there’s no express cook (meaning if you push the 30 second button, you still have to push start), and it makes a whirring noise after it’s done cooking like a motor winding down. I called Samsung and they don’t know what it is. They sent a service guy out who replaced one part but it didn’t fix it. In fact now after the service guy left, the turntable isn’t functioning properly. They ordered another part and they will be here Tuesday to replace and hopefully they can fix whatever he did to the turntable too. To summarize, my three week old microwave will already have two replacement parts. Thinking about returning.

So far so good works great looks great can’t complain a bit I would buy it again.
