Not living up to standard

The first stopped working after about 2 days, the second time we tried to use it. We put in the time and pressed start, heard a small pop and it never came on again. It took 3 weeks for it to be replaced and this one is making weird noises while cooking. Certainly disappointed in this.

Good product. Wish it could be fingerprint resista

Disappointed

I don’t remember the exact day that it was installed but we paid $120.00 for the installation. Our house had been under construction from water damage from the freeze in February. We only moved back into our house a week ago. I tried to use the microwave for the first time on July 15 and I could not get it to work. I’ve tried calling our salesman for 2 days and left messages but he does not return my calls. I won’t do business again with Best Buy if they don’t stand behind their products.

No test on installed product and it is defective

When I reached out to support the first thing they asked is if I had a protection plan and when I said no they directed me to a site to get one. Which requires me to spend more money. When Best Buy installs a new appliance you have to pay for it to be installed. They are suppose to test it to make sure it works it is part of the install. I was told by the person who was home during the delivery that they only set the clock and no testing was done. This is not the first time that I have had an issue when purchasing a product from Best Buy nor is it the first time I have received horrible customer service from them, this is just the first time I’m leaving a review about it. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again. And I am going to either try and return this microwave or bug them until they actually help me. Make sure you have them TEST anything they install before they leave.

Low Quality Microwave and horrific Samsung Support

This microwave can not even manage a "Kitchen Timer" counting down, while something is still cooking in the microwave. It is only one or the other. Would have given three stars, but my experience with Samsung "support" was laughable. Will never purchase any other Samsung appliance.

Looks nice but wouldnt buy again

I use the timer for cooking alot but you can’t microwave food while using the timer. Never had this issue on a microwave before.

The buttons are pretty cheap and feel as if they are not going to last. Save up and get a more expensive one or perhaps a different brand.

Pathetic product and geek squad service

I am a total tech member and called geek squad. They came and took it down. Couldn't fix it and didn't even place it back. They just left it at my island. Pathetic product and service. We are without a microwave from more than a month now having a one year baby it's difficult without Microwave.
