    We have started to have issues with our microwave. It won't start when you press the button, it seems something is loose because if you giggle the handle, it will start.

    I really like my microwave when I got it but it stopped working less than 30 days after installation and I have to wait for 10 days for a repair person to come out. Would think appliance should just be replaced rather than repaired. Also, am unsure if repairman will have a replacement on hand if he can't fix my current appliance. I dread being without a microwave for another 2 weeks.

    Damaged upon opening box

    We believe the microwave would have been great, except it came to us damaged and does not work. Unfortunately, the return window was only 2 weeks after purchasing and we hadn't opened the box yet. Would love to have the option to write a real review, but we are unable to due to the damage.

    Purchased entire kitchen suite... Digital display on microwave shows numbers but stopped counting but is still running... meaning microwave NEVER reaches zero to turn off! Had I not been paying attention it could lead to fire! Calls to store say u usually high volume and to try again later (for over a month!) and even emails unanswered by BestBuy. Store is hours drive from home, making it impossible to resolve virtually.

    Microwave continues to run even after time has expired. For example; one minute of cook time is selected but microwave continues to run after selected time has elapsed. This is a hazard to users as it could continue running after opening the door.

    Good microwave, i like the cook settings, makes the job and the fan it's kinda noisy but powerful, the only bad thing it doesn't come with LED lights, it comes with a regular bulb.

    I was very disappointed that not only did the Best Buy technician not arrive when agreed but were un masked, did not come equipped with booties and had no disinfectant to clean up after they left. What was most upsetting was none of the Best Buy COVID protocols listed on their website and part of their delivery promise was met. This promise was reiterated to me the night before to reinforce my comfort level given the rising levels of the Delta variant. Disappointing...

    Already broken, bought in June 2021. Have to check if its still under warranty but i doubt it. Exhaust is horrible.

    purchased first unit 6 months ago the door switch went bad covered under warrantee. the switch was no longer available they credited my account and i got the upgraded model.

    Spacious but Lacking functions

    The only positive point I can say is that the microwave is spacious inside. On the negative side, you have to push firmly on the buttons of the microwave. It's not touch sensitive. My old microwave had quick time buttons that I could push "1" for 1 minute, "2" for 2 minutes and so on. This microwave does not have the quick time function. It does have the 30 second button, but you have to push the 30 second button, then press the start. I regret getting this microwave. It lack features.

    Awaiting Microwave replacement

    Waiting for this item to be replaced by Best Buy. Reviewed all measurements with sales prior to purchase. We are replacing an existing Microwave - there was no mention that the space may requires a 0 clearance for the door to swing completely open. Paid for GeekSquad installation & since it was already installed (the problem was not discovered until after installation) it remains in my kitchen & door will only open enough to place a coffee cup in the microwave.
