Those plastic parts are connected directly to the inside of the door. Meaning the part to replace is the door itself. Which cost more than the entire microwave. Now I already need a new microwave.

We called Samsung twice regarding the microwave. Toward the end of their long claims process they decided they would not help us with a replacement and advised we “get a new unit but they were not helping with the purchase.” Completely disappointed.

Dishonest brand

One day I went to open the microwave using a normal force and was hit by plastic pieces. Turns out that plastic clips holding the door handle became brittle and shattered. Samsung denied the warranty claim first time saying it was "Cosmetic" and then it was a "Physical Damage". I am not sure how it is possible to pull on a door handle without any physical force.

I’ve had much cheaper microwaves that have lasted longer. After a little over a year (exactly one month past the one year manufacturer warranty limit) this microwave has stopped working. It chooses to start and stop whenever it wants to. The product randomly starts on its own when the door is closed. A waste of $300. I should’ve gotten the cheaper $50 one.
