It looks very sharp against my birch cabinets. Really enhances things. It's beautiful inside and out with great, functional features. I like that you need to press start after the +30 seconds option - the microwave doesn't start automatically.

The stainless steel looks so pretty and really makes my kitchen pop! And it also matches my stove so beautifully. Love the defrost setting and heats up food evenly. Would definitely recommend!

It arrived and i unboxed it, Then mounted it. If the packaging hadn’t been destroyed by my kids I would have returned it. I may just throw it out and go buy a different one. By a different company. I Love BestBuy and I have the subscription Care thing. I am disappointed that BestBuy sells prodicts this cheap. Stay away from this microwave no matter what. Seriously. No matter what. It is complete junk.

Regrettably the oven door is crooked and does not lineup with the frame correctly. The gap is only about 1/8” but it is noticeable. We expected better from Samsung.

I honestly really like the product i recieved and the quality of the refurbishment that best buy has done.

The thread for the internal anchor screw was missing. One side was there but the other one was missing, making mounting impossible. Bestbuy made the replacement process as good as it could be, and had the replacement quickly (had to order, model not in store). I was just out my time to deal with return/pickup process. The replacement had no issues, and so far so good. Those internal anchor threads seem pretty flimsy, maybe why they break easily.

It’s so nice to have it up and out of the way. The exhaust fan is very loud so it’s not used very often. I’m not sure if this is normal and I’m just not used to it.
