Easy to use. It was easy to install, as long as you had two people

I've had it about a week and it's working great so far. We chose to install it ourselves and it was pretty straightforward, however, we had some issues with installing the buffer.

Looks great, easy to install, and works like you would expect a Samsung product to work.... excellent! Can't beat the quality for that low a price.. any time we need to replace the over the range microwave in our 400+ rental properties I will purchase the samsung microwave every time!

There are not a ton of offerings in Black Stainless for microwaves in my search for a replacement after ours kicked the bucket 2 years into owning our new home. We chose Samsung since we had a color matching fridge and other appliances already. This thing was a pain to install but I honestly believe any other microwave would have been the same. However sometimes when you close the door after using it if you do it just right (or wrong lol) the microwave will turn on again. We have become use to it and rarely do it now but, it would be more of an issue if you have kids using it imo. It looks nice and cooks well. Outside of the random on when closing the door we have no other complaints with it.

I truly appreciate the people at Best Buy and feel proud of the exceptional service they provide. There’s one gentleman in particular who always takes the time to attend to me and my family with such care. I genuinely love the Best Buy family—their support has been consistent, and every product I’ve purchased has been backed with great service.

Works fine; stronger wattage than our previous microwaves, so have had some burnt popcorn (the popcorn button is mis-timed). Was pleasantly surprised to find that the surfaces are fingerprint resistant...very satisfied with that. The only other minor complaint is that it is a little louder than expected; not terrible, just a little loud.

Great product. The Microwave is same interior size as my previous one but does not hang as low which give better cooking space on stove

Had to buy a new over the oven microwave because my old one died. I bought this for Black Friday and thnk goodness it was on sale. It was supposed to be the same model that i had, but it came with less options built in. Oh well, at least it fit in my space. Overall, not bad, but it ls a microwave and it serves its purpose. Overall I'm happy with my buy.

It’s great. Hears good extremely fast compared to any other microwave brand we have used before.

Microwave works well and is surprisingly light for it's size which makes it easier to mount. I replaced a 2016 model that died which looks almost identical but it didn't have as many fan control features for some reason. This is losing a star because the mounting had been changed on the top from an older version which was super annoying, I specifically purchased another Samsung in the hopes it would be the same since it's basically the same microwave in all other respects. It was kinda annoying to re-drill and find the right measurements and avoid the original holes. I template paper would have been super helpful. So yeah fine device for now but beware it doesn't match on the mounting from previous models.

It warms food faster and low noise as compared to other brands.

Bought this over the range Samsung microwave since we have the Samsung double oven. It fit perfectly and looks nice and sleek. It works well, as it should, and has good interior size. Also, the price was right especially since it was on sale.
