We replaced our 5 year old Samsung microwave the same size. We would give this new 5 stars, except we lost a couple of features. The main One used most often was to stop the turntable for larger dishes. It’s very nice looking.

Beautiful microwave. It does show fingerprints you can see from the side. Works great but have to cook a bit longer than the microwave we had previously.

I replaced a Samsung with a Samsung. I like the appearance and the simplicity of use. As an older person I do not need/want internet capabilities or complex steps to use

Worked nicely for just a little over 12 months, then the door would not stay shut. It was just over the 1 year manufacture warranty. Luckily, I had the Best Buy extended warranty. An expensive Samsung microwave should last longer than one year. I would not recommend.

First one was a terrible experience then when we finally had it installed it did not work called Best Buy and was finally able to get the whole fiasco resolved this microwave hasn’t given us and problems and works and easy to clean.

Its good. Gave been using it for over a year without any issues. There are no brightness levels for foot light but thats not a deal breaker.

Very disappointed as I had to buy this product again after 3.5 years, the door or sensor got defective. The microwave will come on once you opened the door. Had to purchase again the sameone to be able to match the rest of the appliances

I like my microwave alot. It is easy to clean inside and out. The buttons are easy to read. It has some good features as well.

Looks nice, quality is not there. I guess you get what you pay for. It is much nosier than the previous LG micro we had. Buttons are somewhat hard to press.

I like the product. But it doesn’t seem to be drawing up air well when the fan is turned on.

I bought this microwave during thanks giving 2022. It Works great. However sound is little more compare to my old GE microwave.

High quality appliance that I have owned for quite a while now and no problems so far, easy to clean and no scratches. Delivery was fast and smooth and time frame was on point.

This microwave is very similar to the unit we replaced. I like how it works except for the noise. It is much noisier than the old unit. It does do a great job of cooking everything I have tried

I haven’t installed and used it yet. But it’s a sleek design. I was able to buy it during a promo and got it for a great price and made the rest of my appliances for an even better price.

I bought this to replace a GE microwave that was starting to not work right. I already have a Samsung refrigerator in black stainless steel, so I wanted to grab this to match the rest of the kitchen. It’s working great, has a good amount of room, and looks great in our kitchen.

The Samsung - 1.7 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave - Stainless Steel is a nice microwave. I like it so much that when the previous one broke (wouldn't heat up) I replaced it with the exact same model. This time around after 4 months the latch that keeps the door closed is broken. Just went thru the process of getting service via Samsung support which can't get here until 5 days from now. Am I feeling dejected? only slightly, I like this microwave. I like the button layout, I like that it's so quiet when running and I like its physical design/footprint, so I'm content to wait on Samsung service. Would I buy the same model again? I have to say yes indeed even though I've read online that this problem with the latch is ubiquitous, I'd buy it again (or an upgraded version. On the thumbs up scale, I'd give it 7 out of 10.

Easy installation. It matched up prefectly with old microwave since it was the same brand. Looks even better than the old white one!

Sensitive buttons. I have a hard time getting it started as the buttons don’t seem aligned. Other then that seems to work great
