old microwave went belly up so looked around the store had this similar one in stock and ready for pick up in minutes, easy to install in same location and great working microwave

We replaced an ERROR CODE 11 and more expensive Samsung microwave with this model. We were under the impression that attemting to repair the old unit would probably be a prohibitive cost, So we proceeded with purchasing this model Samsung. We hired a highly recommended installer who informed us that we made the right decision since the ERROR 11 was a harbinger of a pending very expensive repair. We didn't need a fancy smamcy new model so we opted for this unit. It does everything we need and then some.

Good value for the money. Dialpad buttons are little hard to press, but you will get use to it. Neat and sharp look! Make sure of the measurements!

Samsung microwave is great! Fan and light underneath helps while cooking on stove. Good space inside with easy read digital buttons. Had to have black to match other appliances. Very easy to install. Packed well in box.

Went online to find and purchase this Samsung microwave as well as having it delivered and installed. Best Buy kept us aware of all of the stages and it was delivered and installed just as promised! Very easy process throughout!

Sleek, easy to use microwave. Instructions to install were not fully clear. But once we figured it out, we were able to put it up and get it working.

Our other microwave died and we had to get a new one. This matches the dishwasher finish, which really isn’t a big deal, but it looks nice. It’s been easy to keep clean and it works the way it should.

Bought this when bestbuy had package discount going on for Samsung appliances. The microwave has good space, power and easy functionality to use.

What can I say, this is a huge step up from my last microwave. Of course mine was 20 years old and I thought it was good. But this is amazing, fast heat, quick cooking and a lot more settings than my old one.

Great product. Was available in stock at Best Buy, all other stores, like Home Depot are out of stock. Easy to install, easy to clean. Smudges are noticeable but a microfiber cleaning cloth takes care of it.

First time doing this to.pick up my stove top microwave. Overall fine, but things to note. 1. Why does it take 4 day to get to my store from a local warehouse. 2. Warehouse handling is questionable...actually not pleased. The bottom of the box was all torn up as if it caught on something. Luckily there was 2" Styrofoam separating the unit from the box so no damage. I was lucky...I mentioned this to curbside delivery person and he had no answer. Would I do again? Hhmmm. Probably not for appliances. Maybe small things.

Our old microwave went out and this one was easy to install. Works fine and the price was reasonable. Hopefully will get more years of service then last one. Time will tell.

Hoping this one won’t fail like the other one! I got a brand new one when my first one failed. Then the brand new one failed after a few months of use. I was shocked! The first one started burning inside of it. Other reviews claim similar issues but some report none. Hence I got a second one. A few months later the rotating plate was humming and which was so noisy I couldn’t live with it. At that point I exchanged it because I could no longer return it for a refund. I think the more expensive ones are made better
