The fact that none of the appliances sold in this store, are in-stock, could be a good reason for someone to go elsewhere. If the price wasn't as low as it was, I probably would not have bought it. Other than that, I was satisfied with the purchase.

Replaced the same one we had for thirteen years. Looking forward to this one doing the same.

Nice microwave , runs good, easy to use, heats fast

A nice budget microwave. It has the usual modes and makes no fuss. Just works reliably. Install was easy as well (if you’re somewhat handy).

We had a very old microwave that was a cheap brand and had some broken parts, so any upgrade would have been better. But this is a very nice addition to our kitchen. We didn't need anything too high tech, so this is perfect and simple for us. And it looks very nice along with our other stainless-steel appliances.

Awesome microwave. Works like a charm. Much bigger than I expected but it is very pleasing to look at.

Had to replace a different MFG that stopped working after 4 years. This is an affordable model that does the job it's suppose to. Easy to clean, easy to install, simply menu system. Heck even the popcorn comes out well...and the reheat option is better than other microwaves I've had.

Great microwave! Nice size. Not a lot of various "control" buttons. Only has one light bulb that shines down on the top of the stove. Would have liked 2 lights for more brightness.

Exhaust fan a bit weak. Had this replace another OTS fan which was worse than this one, but little of the smoke and water vapor goes through the fan.

Nice microwave. Works really well and does not continuously beep when done, so not annoying! Does show every fingerprint tho.

Installation went smoothly. Product has been working great so far. Hopefully it will last longer than my previous microwave.

My husband is a stickler for Samsung Appliances, so we went with this one when our old over the range microwave gave out. We installed it ourselves and wasn't too difficult (2 person job), hardest part was planning/lining up the template on the back. Heats evenly, looks great in our Stainless Steel Kitchen, and the buttons are easy to wipe clean. I also got this on sale, so was a really good deal. Happy so far!

It is much lighter in weight than the one I removed with a larger cooking area. The only thing I don't like about the microwave, is instead of one button pushing for time to cook such as 1 for 1 minute, the cook time must be entered 1.00. I liked the ease of just pushing one number.
