It is much lighter in weight than the one I removed with a larger cooking area. The only thing I don't like about the microwave, is instead of one button pushing for time to cook such as 1 for 1 minute, the cook time must be entered 1.00. I liked the ease of just pushing one number.

Nice microwave with adequate features just wish it was more reliable. Have had 3 of this model now and they never last more than a couple of years apiece. My cabinets are installed around it and the mount is mounted so I’m kinda stuck unless I want to make some major adjustments.

I purchased this microwave as part of the appliance bundle. The microwave feature worked well as expected. A couple of the features i'm not too crazy about. The fan is fairly loud even at the low setting. You can't hear much above the noise. Fortunately, I don't use it that often. The over the range light is very dim. Even my 20 year old microwave that I replaced it with had 2 dim lights. I replaced the bulb with a led but it didn't make much of a difference. This light I use all the time. Wish it had a 1 button start like I had in the past. You can hit +30 twice and start for a minute or enter the full time. The unit looks nice and microwaves food evenly but if I knew about a couple things I might have bought something else.

This is a very nice microwave especially for the price. It seems to heat really well and is quiet. The door is a little harder to pull open than my old microwave, but it’s still a nice appliance.

Replaced an old kenmore with this nice stainless microwave. Fit perfectly and matches the other 4 Samsung kitchen appliances. In there efforts to minimize energy only the digital clock is lite. No other controls are back lit making turning on kitchen light to see touch points a must. All features I’ve used work as expected. Noise level except able. Overall pleased with this purchase.

This microwave was a replacement for almost the same model after a couple of years of a lot of use! We love this one so much more and the no fingerprint is an added bonus!

Picked the unit up at one of their warehouses. It was ordered "online" ahead of time and when I picked it up they loaded the unit into my vehicle for me. This unit replaced a Kenmore unit that started to have electrical issues. The microwave's top screw holes were in a different location then the Kenmore and also the mounting bracket had to be moved a little bit for this unit to fit. Everyone was friendly at the warehouse. Overall, if the unit has no issues as time goes on, it was a great deal!

Had to carry it out to my truck by my self. No help from the Best Buy lady. Kinda odd, don't you think. Well, here goes. You can push them buttons all day and the thing just sits there. You gotta really mash them buttons and it still doesn't work sometimes. Had my old microwave oven figured out real good. It could cook pop corn likity split. The installation instructions weren't much help. Installed it myself. I like the microwaves with a dial. Just turn the dial and there you go; it works.

Yes I'm very happy with the installation you guys did that was very smooth thing I don't like about it is you sold me a microwave that doesn't have background lights in it they have to get a flashlight or turn the lights on to be able to see the numbers and I think that's so unreasonable that you would allow somebody to sell something like that otherwise everything is fine

This microwave over thr range is ideal for our use. It easy to use and i appreciate the turntable bring slightly recessed and this makes it easier to place items in the oven because is not as high as our previous oven.

It's a great microwave.It heats up fast and and uh, it is very quiet.

Easy to clean and quiet when in use. I love the easy cleaning of the stainless steel when removing finger prints or smudges.

I’m glad I measure twice. The template included with the hanging instructions was over a 1/4 inch off and would have made the two hanger bolts difficult to line up. Other than that it was exactly as expected.

Built very solid. Gets the job done. Just wish it offered more/other reheat options. Very quiet operation.

Looks great with the Samsung range however I find that it takes more effort to press the buttons than your average microwave so that's why I'm taking off one star (especially since it's raised above my head). I also wish that it would start automatically after pressing any of the # buttons and the +30 seconds but this is definitely not a dealbreaker by any means!

This is my second one due to my daughter blowing up the first one. Overall it's perfect and no issues
