We love this microwave it was easy to install works beautifully

I actually purchased this through Hone Dept originally. I was given the run around on delivery and install so I got my money back and purchased from Best Buy for less money. The delivery and install was still boggled (apparently the internet schedule dates didn’t match up with the delivery dates that were actually available) but they fixed it the next week. It’s a great microwave but I wouldn’t definitely confirm that delivery dates you schedule are accurate.

We love the look and it works fine, but the fan is so loud when we turn it on. We thought maybe the BB installers did something wrong, but we recently had this uninstalled and reinstalled due to getting new cabinets, but the vent fan is still very loud. I don't think we will be using the fan too often. Other than the fan it looks and works great.

Works as it should. Large enough to hold large containers.

The microwave fit to my space and very quite. It does not make a loud noise when you are using it. The price is fair for the brand name.

Over the last 10+ years, I have purchased a number of appliances at BestBuy. I think it is a great option compared to the home improvement stores. For the microwave, I did a pickup and it went smoothly. I wish that BestBuy offered a more comprehensive service for parts but there are a number of other options with the manufacturers and resellers.

It works as expected but but my 15 years old Samsung Microwave was better than this one. Old one was warming food evenly but this one warm half then other half when i put it again for few more seconds. i like all the future it has.

Lots of great features, and the sensor cooking works very well. The only issue for us is the air fry option takes a rather long time compared to our basket style fryer

Bad Product. Right after my product complete 1 year, the door latch got broken. I had to buy and return more than 2 of this model and when I found one, we had this issue with the door not getting locked when closed.

Excellent microwave that fit perfectly according to the size it mentioned. Heats everything well and is very strong and durable. The fans work amazing when I am cooking. Overall would definitely recommend

Good it does what it made for. We replaced the old one and feels good to have a new one!

I like the changes from our first Samsung microwave 1.7 . Installation temp let. Was needed even though it’s the same model nine years difference the bolt holes and cord are completely different.

After shopping around, I decided on this microwave to replace my 20 year old one. I got the install by Best Buy as it didn’t seem worth it to try on my own. It works exactly as you’d expect and looks great.

Perfect and fit for purpose. I enjoy the fact that I can perform several functions on this microwave , cooking, defrosting, I used this to bake! Just saying it’s a yes for me.

bought this particular microwave to go with the matching range. There’s not much to say other than it works. The vent function is not overly noisy but it’s not the most quiet either. The touch pad is a little less sensitive than I would like it to be. You have to really press the button rather than just place your finger over them. Overall happy with purchase.
