I am always hesitant to purchase a Samsung, due to many negative experience in the past. But due to a sale, I decided to try it again. So far, all is working well and it is a very nice looking microwave.

This is a nice looking unit that for the most part works very well. Being a mid-priced unit it doesn’t have a ton of extra options. The functions it has are enough for our use and for the most part they all work well. The unit heats up food and beverages nicely. Would like to have LED lights for stove top and microwave interior instead of the incandescent lighting the unit comes with. LEDs are much brighter and more energy efficient! Not sure why they are not used on this model! The main Con I have is the exhaust fan is a bit noisy. This is advertised as having a quiet, powerful exhaust system and it is not quiet at all, especially on the high setting. This had to be set up for rear exhaust during installation so not sure if that affects the noise level. It seems to exhaust air just fine. Because of that I give this unit a 4.0 rating.

This microwave is amazing! Very easy to install and has help up to heavy use.

Easy to operate and incredibly quiet. The touch pad has just the right sensitivity to prevent accidental additions. Plenty of room for whatever you need to cook.

Worked nicely for just a little over 12 months, then the door would not stay shut. It was just over the 1 year manufacture warranty. Luckily, I had the Best Buy extended warranty. An expensive Samsung microwave should last longer than one year. I would not recommend.

Other than the delay in the delivery of this item it is everything that we wanted at a reasonable price. Monte did an excellent job with the delivery, haul away of the old microwave and installation of the new microwave. Purchase date was 1/20/2021.

Our old microwave of 10+ years finally gave out. We had to find a replacement fast. This was a good buy and once we picked it up, Geek Squad came by the same day to install. Works great.

When using defrost cycle display reads cook, also have to hit start button after selecting +30 second feature. Easy installation.. happy with purchase.

Love it so much and greatly matches with our stovetop. Easy to use and clean. The installers were very friendly, fast, & professional. Stainless steel microwave. Just before very careful when opening and closing the microwave handle which my not be very strong.
