Very easy microwave to operate. It fit above the stove like it was made especially for our kitchen.

Solid microwave, just wish it had automatic cooking times. Ie. Press 1 for it to automatically start 1 minute cook time, ect…

I needed a new microwave over and everything else I have purchased in the major electronic area and well as TV's are all Samsung. This unit was a replacement and easily fitted in and was actually slightly larger than the one it replaced. I'm very happy with what I purchased.

Microwave is noisy but it has worked well. It’s use had been limited to reheating coffee or making eggs for breakfast and veggies with dinner and of course popcorn for snacking. It has performed as expected. It looks nice, the controls are intuitive and it was inexpensive.

A nice sized microwave for us. It's more powerful than our old one. It looks nice and works fine. The only thing I didn't like was a trivial thing, the 30sec. button, you have to push it then push the start button. Our old one started with one push. I like that the control pad is not overwhelming with button choices, it's simple to use, I recommend this microwave.

had to return 2x, first one would turn on and stay on once door is closed, 2nd one fan/vent would not work.. went w a whirlpool

The interior is cheaper plastic and stains easily. The buttons are difficult to press and there are no quick start options (ex. press 1 for 1 minute cook time ). But for the price, it looks good and I haven't had any issues with it so far.

Door latches broken. A hook that holds the latches spring inside the door is made out of plastic broke. Purchased 15 months ago.

This product has been amazing, we have everything Samsung and will remain loyal to the end!

Microwave works. A lot louder than the 10-year old unit I replaced. The lower light went out after 2 months.

The unit was delivered on time and installed in a jiffy. The microwave is easy to use and efficient.

I would say make sure you have two able bodied people to install this. With that being said I found the instructions easy to read and follow. It was up and running in 10 maybe 15 minutes.

I replaced our 30+ years old electric range/microwave with this new SAMSUNG's range/microwave. I've been using this SAMSUNG's microwave for about a month. The control panel is easy to use and very intuitive. All of the functions I intended to use are working as expected with no issues. Above all, my wife likes this product.

I wish it would turn on with just pressing the desired number of minutes without having to press start.

Kind of downgraded from last unit. Switched from fridigeair. Was spoiled with double bulbs to illuminate stovetop. Control panel seems to hide itself. Impossible to read unless overhead lights are on. I miss having more auto on features. Performs adequately at this point.

Love the look of this microwave. It goes great with our Samsung oven. However, for how large the inside is, you'd expect the plate to be larger, too. But instead, it's only 12 inches in diameter! I didn't read this when I purchased it. Another bummer is that I can't seem to get it to keep a timer AND cook something at the same time. Another feature I miss is the beverage reheat or plate reheat for left overs. This has a reheat feature but you need to get out the manual to understand what the numbers mean. The fan works amazing though! It really takes the warm air from the oven out of the room.

We moved into our house and the previous microwave just gave out. I have always trusted Samsung electronic not only for TVs and tablets but for kitchen appliances. This one did not disappoint. Sleek design, great functionalities, quite and matches great with our other Samsung appliances. Highly reccomend this microwave.
