So far so good. The fan is a bit a bit loud. You have to really press the buttons. Other than that, it works as expected. Wish it has "express cook" settings where I could just press one minute or two minutes etc.

Works good. Got it a lot cheaper on open box updated all my appliances. No issues with it looks good over the Samsung stove

It’s a Good oven. It heats food quickly and Thoroughly. The handle is sturdy and doesn’t feel like it will snap off, which happened to my last two microwave ovens.

Had a short wait for the product, but it was worth it. Both our refrigerator and microwave crapped out in our new house. The warranty covered nothing and our "new" microwave was 20 years old. This little beauty is just perfect.

Perfect match for the stove that I got. It’s nice to have the color of the clocks Match. It sounds like a little thing. It works very well self installation wasn’t too bad although had to remind the husband to read some of the instructions! Pretty intuitive controls. We should have a little brighter light

Perfect... Easy to mount.. easy mounting instructions... Does everything expected as far as what you expect a microwave to do ... Not highest end grade, but not lowest end... Works well for how we use it...

Bought this to replace my Samsung microwave that stopped heating. Was able to use the old mounting hardware - slipped right into place. A little bit louder than the old one, but works great!

Operates fine. Attractive appliance. Purchased a Samsung to match other appliances. Quality product.

Installed the microwave only to realize the bottom part of the handle was broken upon arrival. I've read numerous reviews on this particular unit and similar ones across the Samsung OTR line and this seems to be a known issue. Unfortunately, the way my kitchen layout is, I can't deviate from the dimensions as anything will either not fit or require extensive trimming of my kitchen backsplash. The unit was exchanged for another; hopefully I don't run into the same problem, though my expectations aren't very high.

This microwave was purchase so that I can vent the air over the stove. The does a great job it came with extra filter. I havent had any problems with merchandise. The first item I used in it was popcorn.

The housing of this microwave looked as though it was built by a toddler, dented corners, poor metal bends, and clearly "jammed" together in spots. We didn't return it because it isn't visibile upon installation, but seriously disappointed in the workman ship and that this actually made it past quality. There was no physical damage to the box or packaging, so we knew it went into the box in this condition.

I purchased this Samsung microwave as a replacement after remodeling my kitchen. I very happy with this purchase. This microwave is just a little bit smaller than my previous microwave, but there's plenty enough room to accommodate all of our day to day microwave needs.

The microwave is fine, nothing fancy. I am sad it doesn't have automatic quick start features ( 1min, 2min, etc) and I don't like that it beeps when you leave something in it, but it matches my new kitchen well.

The only con is the over range light isn’t very bright. Having a hard time seeing things on the stove.

Would never again buy stainless and black. Shows every scuff and fingerprint. Already anticipating short life on touch pad. Microwave is noisy and vent fan sounds like a jet taking off.
