      Hi Slikk,

      I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your new Microwave. Please check the power supply to ensure the ME18H704SFS is plugged into a grounded, 3-prong 120V/60 Hz on a dedicated, 20-amp circuit. An insufficient power supply could prevent the Microwave from heating food effectively or powering on at all. If this is not the issue, please call 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who can help to arrange service if necessary.
