I wish the user booklet would have had better info. It was too general and for all Microwaves and not just my model. Feel like I'm missing out on all of its possible uses. So far I've been happy with everything I've done. Warming, Defrosting and baking several of my usual dishes.

Part of the time display stop working. I attached image of it.

It needs pre-programmable timer, louder and longer finished buzzer, and light up keypad ... Everything else works wonderful, easy clean up and lower running noise than any I've used before.

Looks classy and fits perfectly in my kitchen, matches my black stainless steel fridge,no complaints, highly recommend it!

Works great just like ever samsung product i have owned definitely recommend heats up the food really quick unlike every other microwave i have own that took 7m i can heat it up in 2m to 3m the defrost is amazing make sure you keep a eye on it takes a lot less time and it has plenty of space inside

The inside of this Microwave is huge! But it doesn't take up that much room on the countertop. Not much of an instruction book comes with it and have had some trouble figuring out some of the applications.

This was a replacement for my GE microwave oven. The price was good and that's about it. It's noisy and flimsy. It's not what I expected from Samsung.

delivery was fast... we have it for weeks now. it's running quiet and big enough for our needs.. recommended!

Beautiful microwave. Bought it to go above the oven and it looks perfect. Very sleek design and appearance.

Onle issue ive had is the device/time resetting randomly. When opening the door, it jumps the electricity somehow causing a restart??

Not happy with this microwave at all. Definitely a downgrade from our previous microwave. You can't set the kitchen timer AND cook something in the microwave at the same time (this is seems like outdated tech). Also noteworthy is the timer notification is literally ONE beep. So once the timer is done, if you are briefly out of the room and miss it, you wouldn't know unless you looked at the clock. Also super unhappy with the fact that the button is sticky now and doesn't open the door unless we bang on the door to get it to open. We are 1 week past our 1 year warranty...though this has been happening for months and I neglected to check our original purchase date. Don't waste your money here!!!

Bought this during a complete kitchen remodel including all Samsung appliances. This is the only unit we are displeased with. Very noisy and cheap sounding on startup. Installed with trim piece in cabinetry. If we knew it was this much of a noisemaker - probably would have chosen another.

The awesome appliance works amazingly and it looks pretty cool.

Has all the basics, and it has a nice clean look and it fits well in any kitchen.

my wife can now boil water. nice an clean looking microwave for the money. Samsung can't go wrong.

Silent and heats to perfection. The installation instructions was perfect. Besides being great looking, it's features are so easy to use.

It works just as expected. Fits perfectly with the rest of the set.

it's very loud when the microwave starts. other than that, is ok. if I had the chance to go for another type I would. even though I like Samsung's products this is not their best.

This oven replaces a Litton generation 2 which has finally worn out after almost 30 yrs of service. Color scheme blends in nicely with my kitchen decor. Very spacious without taking up too much room. Has many nice features such as sensor cook and healthy cooking selections. I'll be satisfied if it lasts 1/3 as long as my original. They just don't make things that last like they did years ago. So far extremely satisfied.
