My problem is this poorly manufactured microwave. So far it "cooks" just fine, but it is extremely loud. The noise is incredibly annoying. Samsung tried to have the 1st one repiared 4x and it just ended up more broken. They finally issued a refund and I brought a second one. The seconnd one is not as loud but the noise is there. Seriously, this is the kind of product I would expect from the Soviet Union in the 80s. Why would I buy it again? Because i built a home and had the spot made specifically for this unit. Really disappointed in the product and Samasung customer service is attrociuous. Wish I went LG like my gut told me.

Design flaw - loud, electric sound

We were lucky enough to get an exchange arranged with Samsung back to BestBuy after BB's return period ended. We have since tried two more microwaves and both of them have varying levels of loud buzz when they operate. We are unfortunately into a kitchen re-model with the trim kit bought months ago and are keeping this last one with the buzz. Would stay away from this model as much as you can. I've had microwaves for 40 years and never heard anything like this.

Makes loud buzzing sound and doesn’t hear well

It was so loud I contacted Samsung to send a repair guy. When the repair guy came, he tried to tell me that’s normal for all microwaves. I’m not sure which planet he’s from but none of my past microwaves sound like a foot massager. YouTube Samsung microwave loud buzzing and you’ll know what I mean. The sensor cook also doesn’t work as well as my other sensor cook microwaves. Looks good and that’s about it.

Didn’t seem permanent so we took it off. Now splatter on inside of glass door between grate. Not removable so we can’t clean it. Less than a year old and looks gross.

Good for Space. Not so for Noise & Construction.

It rocked side to side. I ended up using a rubber spacer to adjust. Then we made the mistake of testing it to warm a coffee. The fan / motor noise was extreme and we could hear all over the house. Plus it would cycle high and low as the auto sensing would work. Controls worked okay but missing Quick Time Cook options. Not what I'd expect from Samsung. Has been returned.
