The first one wouldn’t sit level and was warped. Contacted Samsung customer support and they were unpleasant and told me I would have to have somebody come out at my cost to confirm if it was defective. Brought it back to Best Buy and they were amazing. Best Buy replace the unit with a new one and it works great.

Looks great, runs normal but I cannot attest to the longevity because it won't get a ton of use. Suits my needs

Main reason we bought this microwave, color and size. Only thing that is not great is that to me it is hard to see/feel the start and stop “buttons”, Or the lighting of the instrument panel. It is a little more noisy than expected. Inside is roomy for various dish sizes. Good buy, glad we got it.

First, the sensor presets overheat consistently. Second, the "add 30 seconds" doesn't automatically start the oven. Other brands will.
