It did have a vibration noise right away like reviews have said, but I stuck some sticky pads on the thin metal. I don’t care for the sensing portion, it seems to take forever and overcooks. Also the door open button doesn’t open all the time, like it gets stuck. We bought this to be built in and match our other appliances, but not overly impressed.

Sensor mode/cook is set to the general time each category cooks. This was designed for inexperienced cooks. There are 9 sensor cook programs in 6 different categories, these will help shorten the learning curve of the cook (page 21).

Spend a little more and get a better one

As others say there is a loud buzzing for a couple seconds after you turnit on. It is pretty loud. Almost a year to the day that we bought it the button to open the door sticks and you have to pry the door open. Would love to know if anyone has a simple fix for the button that sticks. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Had previously purchased an insurance policy which when needed worked out great. Made a phone call and the replacement was waiting at the door. After completing a little paperwork and purchasing another insurance policy (this time for four years) I was on my way. Appreciate the associate loaded the new microwave in my car.
