The Microwave looks great and runs well. It is a little louder than our last one, but complete manageable. It isn't as powerful as the one we replaced, but it does heat things in the general time prescribed on the packages. All together, a nice unit.

Overall great.. loud buzz on first 2 sec of start

It ends up going away and then sounds normal (Something that can be delt with but you shouldn't have to). I exchanged the microwave for another with the same results so i decided to see how it faired since i have the protection plan.

Works as expected with just the right amount of features to keep it simple. Only negative is it’s a little noisy especially when it first starts.

Ours went out at the start of the pandemic. The team members from the Crabtree Mall location in Raleigh, NC, Glenwood Ave were super helpful and friendly. Honestly, it is way louder than I would personally prefer. Ugh.

We purchased it with the trim kit, and it looks wonderful in our kitchen with our Samsung appliances. I couldn't be happier. It does an excellent job of heating all our food evenly. Still trying to understand the Sensor heat....it seems to reheat food longer than I would normally reheat it manually.
