The exterior of the box was damaged and when opened so was the item itself. There was paint coming off, dent in the corner, and the door would not open without pulling it open. Went to the local store and exchanged it for another one. The second one was perfect and works great.

Loud Old Tech Microwave

This fit that bill and that’s about all it’s good for. It’s extremely loud, has outdated features and takes longer than today’s standard microwave to heat items due to its lower wattage. Overall, this microwave is by far more inferior to even the 10-15 year old models. Would never purchase again if there was another option. Thanks!

The clock display went bad (missing parts of numbers) about a year and a half after we purchased it so the warranty had expired. My wife and I were the only users and did a lot of traveling so it had very little use. I tried uploading a photo a couple times but was not allowed to by the Best Buy app (got a Sorry, the upload failed).
