The first one came damaged where they cover attached to the back but the second best buy store I contacted about this issue service was great and directed me to the correct person who handled the issue and I received the replacement in 2 days. Hope this holds up

I also like that it has the deodorization button in case we cook something smelly or burn something. Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase of the Samsung countertop microwave.

Poor Quality - Loud

Thought was a one-off issue, returned for another and the new one did the same thing. Best Buy employees in the store confirmed it shouldn’t sound they way it sounded. Even plugged in a floor model (sounded fine) to test. Find another option.
