We installed this microwave and the very first use we were shocked at how loud it was in the first seconds of every use. Each time we ran it, it made a VERY loud buzzing sound for 2-4 seconds before quieting down to a slightly lower microwave buzz sound. I cannot believe we spent $230 on this and nowhave to ship it back.

Too Loud!

The first one is making a cracking sound and too loud. Returned it and got a replacement, the replacement did not make a cracking sound but still too loud. I ended up returning it again.
