Hope this lasts as long. So far I like how it functions. The dark interior is a bit weird but I’ve gotten used to it.

I've reviewed the operations manual and several other online resources and, sadly, this is apparently a very common problem with this brand/model.

IT was very weak and never heated things in a short period of time. A little more then 1 year later, the actual button panel stopped working (Only the #2 button worked). I was actually happy when it finally went because i never liked the unit in the first place (And I usually love Samsung). I even have Asurion Coverage but was so unhappy with the unit, i didnt claim it. Bought a Panasonic to replace.
