When warming up on food the microwave is somewhat loud. I feel as if I’m at a race, and it’s time to start my engine. The power is decent so it’s pretty effective with warming the food up when needed.

It has no 'express' function, so you can't just press 3 to cook for 3 minutes. It looks fine and functions, but I wouldn't rate it highly. Previously, we had Sharp and GE microwaves that were better.

We really have enjoyed this microwave oven Our main purpose for buying this particular model and brand because it matches our other Samsung appliances! The microwave does operate a little loud however we appreciate its performance! Overall a good product!

We like the look and setup of this microwave, but it doesn't heat well at all. I have no idea why. The power is turned up as high as it will go, but what used to take 1-2 minutes in the old microwave takes 4+ minutes in this one.... Maybe I got a bad egg? But since the whole point of a microwave is to heat up food... It's not great. Unfortunately, we were remodeling, so all of the new appliances ended up sitting wrapped up in their boxes for a couple months before they were installed, which means we discovered the heating problem with this microwave too late
