Probably a defect. Call customer service and got the replacement. The 2nd one is good for a year no issue.

Living rural most of my major purchases are made online. Delivery service is just important as the quality of the product. Knowing you use ontrac will prevent me from ordering online from Best Buy.

Don't care for some recipe type info inside the door trim. Instruction Manual could be a little more robust, but seems to be functioning great so far. Some of the right panel is a guess on the amount of time for example Reheat, works well, but the amount of time would be helpful. Reheat some tems might not be the same reheat time for another item. Still very satisfied.

While the microwave has a lot of features, the instructions are poorly written and it is difficult how to make some of the features work.

All the vendors Samsung used either refused to uninstall or wanted money to uninstall because it was installed with the mounting trim sold by Samsung. So I had to uninstall myself prior to receiving service. So much for the 1 year labor warranty.
