The popcorn setting is the best I have seen, better than any of the other brand microwaves I used. Comes out perfect every time. I did pick the black color to match other appliances, but the inside is really black too... little had to see things inside. That's the only minus.

I am super impressed with the looks and quality of the product. I bought this particular microwave bc of the melt/soft function but have not had the pleasure of using it yet (I will update post when I do).

We had to wait for a trim kit for this microwave for about a month because it was on back order. But we finally got it and can't wait to get it all installed. Love the look and how everything looks good together.

Not only does this microwave look great it works perfectly as expected. Large interior, easy-to-remove and clean carousel, and easy to program a plethora of cooking times and temperatures. Love it!

Manufacturing defect or poor quality

We have had this new one 3-4 weeks now and it cooks fine but seems to be making the same noise as the one that stopped working, leaving me to believe this one probably won’t last as long as the first one did. Overall this microwave looks good.
