I am very pleased with this microwave. Had my old one for a long time, should have replaced it sooner. Would have liked a lighter inside instead of the dark blue.

The microwave is very spacious and works very well.

I bought this unit to replace a GE that died. I was afraid it may not fit into the trim. I am very happy it fits, and now they're together. It is working fine.

I ordered this microwave to match our refrigerator. We had to trade it for another because it was very loud while in use.

This microwave has a lot of features that are great.

it has a flimsy piece of cardboard covering the magatron (sp?) looks like it can be easily damage. I don't like it. Light display is way too bright and cant be dimmed

I would not buy this again. The microwave functions are okay but the noise is unbearable.

Good enough capacity, Looks great. The clock display is resetting so frequently though.

it is very loud noise. it is not good for people, especial for no good for baby.

This microwave had been damaged in shipping. The product packaging seemed to be adequate. The handling during shipping is what caused the damage

We bought this over an LG and are fairly pleased. Only issue that i can find is that it makes a fairly loud noise when it is on.

Needed a new Microwave but a certain family member wanted one that matched our Samsung refrigerator and this was one. Unfortunately I did not quite pay attention to the size so please note that this microwave is HUGE! Outside of that, it does the job just fine.

Fit perfectly in the space we needed. Was able to modify it for the built-in space required (using the right redirects for vents to make sure it's safe). Heats up food and tells time - what else do you need?

It's a great microwave! We bought and used this microwave for a week while we waited for the correct item ordered to arrive. A great feature of BestBuy is that you can sort of "borrow" (buy and return) an appliance once they get the one you want. This was the manager's suggestion.

Returned. Super noisy after a week or 2 of operation.

After getting it home and installing with the build-in kit, the very first time it was used the glass turntable simple broke in half. We did curbside pick up and the box had one corner that looked like it might have been dropped, but everything appeared intact when unboxed and installed. It was a few days later after the rest of the work was completed on the kitchen that we actually used it and discovered the defect. Box was long gone by that time. Called in the Best Buy, waited half an hour listening to "your call is very important to us.". Was told to take the oven back to the store (did I mention it is built in?). When I mentioned that the box was long gone, was told I would be charged. When I asked "How much?", the guy didn't have clue. I'd have to take it up with the manager of the location. Ultimately I purchased a new turntable online as it was clearly the most painless way to the other side of this mess.

I like Samsung Microwaves. Controls and overall features are excellent. I wish this model was a bit more powerful but it was the best Samsung Best Buy had in stock.

Little dark on the interior, as expectes with the color. No quick buttons on this microwace, have to press start each time you use it (not a problem, just use to quick preprogramed times).

Great product while we had it. Zero issues with it. Only returned to get an over-range unit.

Finally for the first time in my adult life I own a full size kitchen microwave. Don't kid yourself with those small little disposable microwaves. Invest in a true quality one and a full size one and enjoy it.
