This makes 2 microwaves bought from Best-buy that are broken in less than 3 years! BAD!!

We hadn’t the time to open it until this week. When we ran it for the first time it made a horrific sound. I figured maybe it needed to run a few times and the sound might go away, no luck. And to add insult to injury I found out I can no longer return it. Yeah, lucky me... ridiculous!!!!!!!

It was “damaged” and had no box or paperwork. The damage was a small scratch. Instructions were located on website. It works perfectly and Id purchase it again.
