However, the microwave touch buttons did not work which rendered the product totally useless to my family. The return process was excellent and easy.

I don't know if I got a lemon, I should of went to the store and tried out different sized and brands before I purchased this tank. It doesn't sit flat on my countertop either. I am very disappointed in this Samsung product. I only purchased this one because this was the only 1 that had the same finish as the refrigerator I purchase a year earlier, online. This should of been an in person purchase!!!
