Nice lookin unit that matches my Samsung wall oven. I also ordered the matching trim kit. Was a little complex to install due to the change I needed to make to my cutout and very tight sizing in my case. My only complaint is that it's not as powerful as my prior unit, a KitchenAid, but otherwise, we love it and the looks.

terrible purchase, not even having it for two years and the numbers on the display do not light up all the way. You never know really what time it is or how much time is left when you’re heating things up. Lesson learned to purchase the warranty from Best Buy but there should still be a manufacturer warranty to rely on. Samsung knows not to give a warranty beyond their poor quality. When talking to Samsung customer service, it was a waste of time.

I really like my countertop microwave replacement. It's the perfect size for my kitchen counter space and I was able to use my existing trim to have the built-in look. The only thing I don't like too much is the sound of the microwave while heating the food, but maybe I just need to get used to it.

LOUD!!! Heats well but the noise is extremely loud. Would not recommend this to anyone

Ordered this one to replace an older model. It fit perfectly in the space. It works well and is easy to use.

I bought this microwave for the main reason that it was almost the exact size i needed (the cut-out I have is very specific). I decided to purchase an open box one and was a little hesitant. But everything was still in the box and the unit itself looked fine. It's been almost two months now and this microwave works perfectly. The only thing i don't like is the button to open the door is not smooth to open. You have to press pretty hard on it for the door to open. That is my only complaint.

The microwave works great, but a bit noisy. It is high enough to insert tall items. I like the black interior, which doesn't seem to show the splashes of food and easy to wipe down, but it doesn't yellow like the white interior.

I didn't think it would be that big of the size. But it work good and heat up the food very quick. It is very easy to use and easy to clean

Nice microwave that fit our cubby space well. Works effectively and includes deordorizer function that I run regularly. Has special functions for softening butter, heating liquids, etc. Good buy.

This microwave so far is the best I’ve owned yet. Lots of great features with great power output. I would definitely recommend buying this one over some of the others.

My wife is one of the pickiest people in the world when it comes to her Kitchen Appliances (and pretty much anything else... but especially kitchen items)... we shopped Microwaves for a couple of weeks online and she couldn't find a square winner of her affections. When we finally got to go out and look at these in person, it took a very short look to decide that this was HER choice. She was the chooser so she really gets the pat on the back, as she usually still spends another couple of weeks shopping with no winner. So what did it for her? Well... I will say that if anyone thinks it's the big ol' interior, or the large glass turn table... you'd be wrong. If you thought it was the easy peasy controls... you'd be wrong. if you figured it was the smooth exterior finish (which this Microwave does have...and it's easy to clean too... you'd be wrong again. But if you were thinking "It's that cool Darker porcelainize looking interior that would hide her mother's terrible cleaning habits"... You'd be spot on! I think Samsung is onto something with their choice to make the interior hide splatters and make it look nice even if its not perfect (which is my wife's goal at all costs). Clean is her middle name, so hiding anything on the inside walls of the microwave turns out to be a good thing. Mother in law lives with us, so this (well... the size was important to, but lots of microwaves fit that bill)...this one Brand and Model covered every little requirement My lovely Wife could Apply... so we bought it and couldn't be happier with its performance. So far... so good!
