We decided to go with this one because it was relatively the same size and wattage as our other one. We were going to change to an OTR microwave, but our kitchen just can't accommodate one yet. This one was the last at our Mechanicsburg store and after several hours of research, we decided this was the one. It's awesome that it has a function to turn off the beeping, but also has a beep to remind you that you left food in the microwave, which we tend to do as we often leave the kitchen while reheating food. It's very easy to adjust the power levels and very easy to wipe out if you wind up with a little mess inside. Be aware that this is a BIG microwave. It actually takes up the whole counter beside our range, but that's fine for us. Please make sure that you measure the area that will be housing this product.

I also ordered the matching trim kit. Was a little complex to install due to the change I needed to make to my cutout and very tight sizing in my case. My only complaint is that it's not as powerful as my prior unit, a KitchenAid, but otherwise, we love it and the looks.

It's the perfect size for my kitchen counter space and I was able to use my existing trim to have the built-in look. The only thing I don't like too much is the sound of the microwave while heating the food, but maybe I just need to get used to it.

I decided to purchase an open box one and was a little hesitant. But everything was still in the box and the unit itself looked fine. It's been almost two months now and this microwave works perfectly. The only thing i don't like is the button to open the door is not smooth to open. You have to press pretty hard on it for the door to open. That is my only complaint.

Works effectively and includes deordorizer function that I run regularly. Has special functions for softening butter, heating liquids, etc. Good buy.

It is high enough to insert tall items. I like the black interior, which doesn't seem to show the splashes of food and easy to wipe down, but it doesn't yellow like the white interior.

Other than that, I'm pleased with the item.
