Thoroughly Disappointed Customer

I assumed since I purchased a Samsung brand item it would live up to it's claim to fame. Boy, was I wrong! The microwave was lemon and I didn't know it until I got home and plugged it in. Nothing, I struggled to get back in my car and back to Best Buy.

Not worth the money

Received a dented microwave

Poor performance

No short, no noise n breaker popping just spotted working. Very disappointed & upset.

Samsung Microwave Issues

Finally purchased a 1.4 cu. ft model - it arrived in without incident.

Try the microwave in-store before you buy it

It warms food perfectly fine, but the buzzing is very noisy. We called Samsung to fix it, and they gave us a location to bring it in for service. Try the microwave out in the store first, since this may be an issue with some units.

Quit working after 5 months

Wobbly microwave
