    From time to time when pushing in the handle to open the microwave door it resets the clock and sometimes it gets stuck. Poorly designed.

    Horrible packaging, it was in a huge box double the size the microwave got so many dents in it! I know it’s an open box one but come on!!!! Not happy about this one bit!

    the paint from inside is peeling and i haven't even used the microwave... unboxed to find out this is the issue

    Not impressed. Bulb inside microwave does not give enough light to see cooking contents. It's too dim.

    It made a terrible noise and was very loud. I am not sure if it was defective or the model. We tried two different ones and they both buzzed very loud.

    It can heat food, but not consistently. The clock has never held the time in the two years we have owned it. Samsung should not make appliances!

    Doesn’t work after a year and a half of use. Very disappointed. It’s cheaper to buy a new one than to fix it.

    it keeps running even after the timer is done. you take out your food then close the door then it starts right back up.

    Good but annoying to not have it auto start

    The microwave looks really nice, we have it with the matching built in surround. And it does have a louder noice on startup, but our old one did too so that isn't a big issue. BUT the most annoying thing is that when you hit +30, it doesn't auto start. My 12 year old microwave, and every other modern one has that, but this one does not seem to. And since 95% of the time I am using it I would just hit that +30 button once or twice it is so annoying that this does not have that.

    Found when I got home the door only opens when you press the button then pull the door. It works but that sucks
