Microwave has sufficient power and warms food in less time than the previous 8 year old LG I had. The 1.9 cu ft size meets expectations. The only down size after using several times a day for 2 weeks is that there is a lot of resonance from the unit the first 2 seconds of operation each time it is turned on, then it quiets down the remainder of its operation.

This microwave is huge enough to fit my big kitchenware. I'm glad I bought this. I love this and will recommend 100% to all who want a lasting microwave. Quality wise , exceptional beyond my expections.

Microwave cooked food really good for four years after my previous one broke; however, it cooks the food pretty unevenly.

bought this item to replace the same model that went out after 5 years, I like the sleek look and functions though I have another microwave that has lasted over 12 years.

About 6 months ago I purchased a Samsung TV and was so impressed, my instinct was not to hesitate to for my next appliance purchase to be a Samsung. I was wrong. This microwave oven malfunctioned within the first hour. It continued to go on and off randomly. The only way to turn it off was to unplug the unit or open the door. Hitting the cancel or stop button did nothing. I went on line and found that this is a normal problem for this unit. Many others complained about the same issue There are you tube videos showing the oven going on and off by itself since 2014. Because I am of a curious nature, I put a glass of water in the oven to discover that when it turns itself on, the light goes on and the turntable turns, but there is no microwave energy that heats up the water. I also read that there is a feature called a deodorizing feature in the oven. The manual explains that the oven may run as long as 5 minutes (it just says the fan and makes no mention of the light and turntable) after the oven is used to clear it of odors. So, my guess is that the problem I experienced might be related to a malfunction of that feature, since it went on 3 hours after the oven was first used.. When the oven is OUT of warranty, people are told that their keypad or main board needs to be replaced to solve this problem. Since my problem began right out of the box, I was not about to purchase another Samsung Microwave Oven. I went on line to chat with Samsung and unlike my experiences with my Samsung TV, they were not at all helpful. They were telling me to unplug the oven and pllug it back in...duh.......and then suggested that perhaps I have a bad electrical outlet. Sorry, I don't buy that explanation. Also, I want to mention that if you purchase a microwave with a dark blue interior, you should have young eyes because the light is not very bright to be able to see well within this oven. So, stay tuned, I replaced it with a Panasonic and we'll see how that works. I want to recommend that the additional service policy is well worth it and Best Buy is the only place you should purchase a microwave oven. They were gracious and helpful and couldn't have been any nicer about the return process. Thank you Best Buy.

love the eco mode, and the ability to silence the sound! would be great if eco mode stayed on instead of having to activate it all the time.

It was the best decision to get a Samsung microwave. It packed with many sensors to cook my food right. It is the perfect microwave.

This microwave freaks me out everytime I turn it on. It starts off REALLY loud and alarming, sounds like something is wrong, then it gets quieter. Cooks food fine and is easy to clean but goodness it is weird how loud it starts off. I am going to get rid of this microwave and get an LG one instead cause how loud is is, is driving me crazy.

Makes a loud noise when starting. Replaced once. Had next one repaired. No solution.

Great product and priced right. Was looking for a good simple to work microwave and ran across this one to match the rest of my kitchen appliances.

This is exactly how it was advised. I simply have to redo the drilling to get it hook up. That's not an issue at all. In some, it worth the investment.

Have only had it set up for a week, it seems to work well, love the dark colored interior and the program buttons were easy to understand. Only issue is it is quite loud when in use, not sure if that is the way Samsungs are, never owned one before. anyone else notice that, is it normal?

It did fit our cabinet, was easy to install, working well. but a better price was available on another website.

We purchased all Samsung appliances for our kitchen remodeling. Gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher are all awesome. Microwave, not so much... Although it cooks fine and does what it is supposed to, very dim inside light, and control panel is difficult to read in anything but bright light. Very noisy door and also noisy when cooking. Not impressed. Should have shopped more.
