My wife is one of the pickiest people in the world when it comes to her Kitchen Appliances (and pretty much anything else... but especially kitchen items)... we shopped Microwaves for a couple of weeks online and she couldn't find a square winner of her affections. When we finally got to go out and look at these in person, it took a very short look to decide that this was HER choice. She was the chooser so she really gets the pat on the back, as she usually still spends another couple of weeks shopping with no winner. So what did it for her? Well... I will say that if anyone thinks it's the big ol' interior, or the large glass turn table... you'd be wrong. If you thought it was the easy peasy controls... you'd be wrong. if you figured it was the smooth exterior finish (which this Microwave does have...and it's easy to clean too... you'd be wrong again. But if you were thinking "It's that cool Darker porcelainize looking interior that would hide her mother's terrible cleaning habits"... You'd be spot on! I think Samsung is onto something with their choice to make the interior hide splatters and make it look nice even if its not perfect (which is my wife's goal at all costs). Clean is her middle name, so hiding anything on the inside walls of the microwave turns out to be a good thing. Mother in law lives with us, so this (well... the size was important to, but lots of microwaves fit that bill)...this one Brand and Model covered every little requirement My lovely Wife could Apply... so we bought it and couldn't be happier with its performance. So far... so good!

We bought this microwave to replace our previous one. For the price, it's a really solid choice. The keys are responsive, it's not loud and the space inside is very generous. My only complaint, and it's small, is that it doesn't have a 1 min. button. That's more an issue for my kids than me, but they pointed it out so I thought I'd include it. But I'm very happy with my purchase.

This full-size microwave is great for larger warm-ups and cooking and is easy to use and clean

We have had Samsung appliances in the last house we lived in. New house and now updating appliances, we are going with Samsung again with the luck we have had. We bought this first, and we had bought over the range Samsung microwave before(don't have that option in this house). We like it, like the features and familiar with them. This one is a bit noisier than what we had before though. Good price and we like it. We did just go to Black Stainless and like the appearance of it a lot. Not huge fans of Stainless Steel appliances.

After her recent move, my girlfriend needed a new microwave. Samsung is one of our trusted brands and i wanted to get one that could handle all possible needs. This one is on the bigger side and can handle multiple dishes and so far hasn't over cooked anything. She says it gets the plates hot but that may be symptomatic of the pottery material

Bought this microwave when I recently moved into a new home. I have always had good experience with Samsung and this is no exception. It is big enough to larger Pyrex dished to still be able to turn on the turntable. Food comes out just as it should, not all soggy and rubbery.

I would highly recommend this microwave, it looks nice and it is easy to use.

Updated, works and looks good. Using it in a staff lounge... everyone is happy

It is spacious and works just fine. I like the Eco mode, which turns off the display soon after I press the Eco button. I wish I didn't have to press it again after each use. Also, I like the fact that I can turn off the sounds (I hate things that beep after I press a button, and I also hate the loud beeps when food is ready)
