I was limited because of cabinet size and this is the only 1.9cu ft microwave I could find. Overall a decent piece but it makes weird noise whenever I start warming something. Read in the reviews that this is a known issue. Not sure how long this microwave will last but still cheap for me as I saved a lot of money on changing the trim.

Absolutely love it. I650 watts. Love that they also made inside black instead of white. Easy to use and everything. Price nicely too.

This was a disappointing experience. We received the microwave in a timely manner. However, the device makes a concerning amount of noise. As a “Total Tech” member who has purchased a number of high ticket items, I was looking forward to a “concierge service”. That service provided no value as I was quoted a time frame of 2pm though 7pm and was told I would receive an email confirmation. However, the appointment was never actually scheduled per the representative I spoke to. I spent hours on the phone with “support” only to come to the determination that it’s easier for me to return the defective device rather than trust unsubstantiated, blatantly scripted responses. Best Buy has been my”go to” for all things electronic, I’ve purchased multiple laptops, printers, tv’s, etc, for over a decade. This situation has highlighted that Best Buy only cares if you are currently buying something.I bought a simple microwave, that was delivered on 3/3, yet when turned on it sounds like it will explode soon! Seriously, it’s a $200ish microwave, it’s busted, you should have just replaced it I have made arrangements to have our defective microwave returned. I will now need to determine when I will cancel my “Total Tsch” membership, So I called “Total Tech” and the representative advised that they could come and pick up after me making some noise. BUT…. If I cancel my “”TotalTech” membership I will lose benefits that were promised without contingencies. TLDR: Best Buy can’t properly deliver a functional microwave

Excellent product massive capacity, I can put 3 whole plates in this microwave. Maybe even four. Heats very evenly.

I use this as my daily and I wouldn’t use anything else! I have now used it for well over a year straight.

We finally decided that we no longer wanted to use those cheap microwaves that take 5 minutes to pop your popcorn and burn it after 30 seconds. My wife spent a good 30 minutes in the store looking around for one that she liked. We settled on this one as good features and eye pleasing in our kitchen. Got it home, set it up and what was the first thing we tried? Popcorn of course! Doesn't beat my Whirley Pop stovetop crank popper, but it worked.

This micro sits on the counter. It is fairly large and takes up a lot of space. I have a built-in fan above my stove that blends with the cabinetry, so it would have been hard to tear it out, without replacing the cabinets. I had an over-the-stove one in our last home, which I would have preferred here. The features are basically the same. It does what I need it to do, and has all the buttons.

Nice microwave. Bigger than i thought but not a problem. Wish it played s song when it finishes cooking

Microwave looks great. Looks like it is custom made for microwave area with trim package. It is roomy and powerful. Very nice.

Just installed this in our new home so haven't used it other than to heat a cup of soup! Works and looks great so far!

Very good, but the door is not always closed completely. You have to push it a bit. Another inconvenient is when you press 30 seconds to heat, you have to press "Start". Other microwave we have used it just automatically start heating in a few seconds. I don't know if this is by design or I can change it some how.

Picked this up as part of a bundle at the beginning of the year and it's pretty decent. I like the design but other than that I think all microwaves are the same.

This was much needed. Bigger than I thought it would be. Does so many things I still haven't played around with it yet.

Good product but noisy. Other than that work good.

Love my new microwave. Very nice looking. the only negative would be when you start it, and while using, it is not as quiet as some of my other microwaves. Plenty of room and lots of cooking choices. Am happy with it.
