    Looks and works ok, but it's extremely loud for the first few seconds of startup. Gets less loud after the 2 seconds, but still way louder than my previous microwave.

    It is overall fine. It doesn’t pop a lot of the kernels on the preset settings and it doesn’t have the preset time for the 1st 6 minutes like my previous one did. I liked that feature. Otherwise is great so if those 2 things aren’t of concern to you I think you will enjoy this purchase.

    I shouldn’t be too picky. Functionally this is a good unit for the price. I do not like how loud it is when the microwave first starts. However after a few seconds it does quite down. I had size restrictions so this was the best fit. If you don’t have this problem and you can afford to spend a little more I think you will be happier with a different(quieter) unit. That said, it is a good looking unit and it is very well priced for what you get.

    First microwave had damage but BB was quick to replace and have FedEx deliver a new one and take away the damaged one. New one works perfectly so far!

    I needed a new microwave right away and it had to be large. This was in stock and the right size. It has all the features I have gotten used to so that was also a plus. The Cons are its noisy (as noted by other reviewers). Also the critical keypad selections for stop/start and +30 are REALLY dark and difficult to read. I assume that they thought red would be easier but white on black stands out much more than red on black.

    Had a over the range microwave prior and hated it but that one was quieter and more powerful. This one is really deep and nice looking but it is super loud.

    This is an OK microwave. I like the easy clean interior and coating. I also like the multiple quick buttons. However, it's loader than my previous brand and the open push button is small.
